Disabilities 

Head Start and Early Head Start work closely with families, ECI, and local school districts to identify and connect children with disabilities who may need individualized plans to meet their unique needs. We promote equitable access and participation in the full range of Head Start/Early Head Start program activities and advocate for the provision of services in the least restrictive settings appropriate to the needs of each child.
