We have found that the most effective professional learning is built around the consistent vocabulary of a learning framework. Our coaches and consultants work with campus administrators to identify campus needs and goals, and then determine what framework will help meet those goals. We prefer not to bring an additional initiative into a school; we want to support the district’s existing efforts.
We have provided coaching related to the following frameworks:
Higher Order Thinking
Engagement
Authentic Connections
Transformative Technology
Inquiry Learning
Problem Based Learning
Lessons or units aligned to standards
