Meditation Tip of the Day!
Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, toes turned out.
Keep your eyes open and take a few deep breaths.
On the next inhale, gently bend your knees into a shallow squat and raise your arms overhead as you lower your body.
As you exhale, straighten your knees and place your hands on your hips.
Continue moving like this, syncing the timing of your breath with the motion of your body.
As you bend your knees, root to the earth. As you lift your arms overhead, feel open, confident, and invincible.
Press to the earth with both feet as you straighten your knees. As you move your hands to your hips, feel accomplished, satisfied, and motivated.
