PRACTICE EVERY DAY YOU EAT!
The reason music teachers encourage home practice is so students can reach their max potential and reap the many benefits that music has to offer. Playing an instrument requires training for muscle memory. At least 10 minutes a day for 5 days is a good realistic goal. We are aware that families are very busy and this can be a challenge. Just do your best and remember that something is better than nothing. Below are some resources and tips to help you establish a good practice routine from the start. Listen to and play along with links to the recordings of our band music and solo festival solos!
