I have been a teacher at Era ISD for 30 years now.  I have previously taught second, third, fourth and fifth grades.  This is my 2nd year at the high school level.  I am very excited!

I live about 10 miles southwest of Saint Jo, Texas (just a few miles west of Era). I have 2 children, Kaitlyn and Luke. My daughter Kaitlyn and her husband RJ Metzler live in Alvord, Texas and have 2 sons, Hagen and Zane and 1 daughter, Jaime.  My son Luke and his wife Ashley live in Woodbine and have 3 sons, Jase, Gavin and Eli and a daughter, Lilly.   Aw how I love those grandchildren! 

I graduated from Texas Woman's University in Denton, Texas in 1995.  Era ISD was my first interview out of college and I have been here since then!  Era ISD is a wonderful place to be!  It's great to be part of a caring community who supports their school.
