Young carers play a vital role in supporting others. At Woodfarm, we recognise and celebrate the contribution they make.

The Support Faculty at Woodfarm works in partnership with Kevin Dailly, our Young Carers Education Worker at East Renfrewshire Young Carers, to support those of our young people who have caring responsibilities.

Together we provide information and assistance for carers of any age on the support that is available to them here in East Renfrewshire.

All Young Carers are entitled to a Young Carers Statement which can be generated here.

Any young person who would like a Young Carers referral or even just a chat about this should contact their Pastoral Support teacher.
