Adapting, showing Curiosity, Creativity and Initiative.
H- "It helps with our reading going to the library"
C- "It was fun getting to choose our own book."
You can tell a lot by the look on someone's face! We used mime in drama to mirror different emotions!
We also played an imaginative game to guess the emotion.
Sitting in a circle, a special box was passed round. When the music played the person holding the box had to open it, look in and act an emotion for the rest of the class to guess.
Through our play provocations in Numeracy and Mathematics, we have had the opportunity to explore and discover our creativity, creating and devising patterns through a range of media and digital technologies.
Natural patterns, 2D shape patterns and Tiling patterns using the Cuisenaire Rods.
