Equity Educators LLC. professional development trainings are structured to engage educators in critical thinking, action planning, and implementation. Each professional development topic includes multiple sessions and is tailored to the needs of the educational organization. Through this tailored approach we are able to provide specific results, to meet the designated outcomes for your organization.

Professional development Philosophy: 

It is my expressed purpose as a constructivist professional development (PD) provider to facilitate a process and solution driven PD that is guided by objectives created by the school/district. My promise is to provide data, research and practical strategies to improve teacher performance, instructional engagement and/or student/teacher relationships.
