Vision:
To persistently educate, empower, and inspire all.
Mission:
We, the Francis Community, believe students are curious. They join the Francis community where teachers cultivate an atmosphere of confidence, and respect. Students are engaged: asking and answering their own questions, leveraging individual strengths, and thinking creatively. Students are known, accepted and inspired.
Teachers are taking risks, allowing students to make mistakes and learn from them and building student confidence through the gradual shift of ownership and accountability. Teachers create a safe environment where students have time to think and explore, engage in collaborative problem-solving, and where individual needs are met.
Our Community embraces all challenges, while providing feedback and support.
