If they are an adult having a mental health crisis but there is not in immediate danger - contact the Crisis Response Team (the team consists of a police officer and a mental health therapist and is available 24/7)

SACE - An organization devoted to helping empower individuals affected by sexual abuse and assault; also includes a 24-hour Crisis Line.

Province-wide Mental Health Support for Albertans with Togetherall. Free for all Albertans 16 years and older. Once you register they will work with you to up a personalized plan to improve your mental health.
Cornerstone is a faith-based non-profit that seeks to provide professional and affordable mental health care. Offers individual, couples, group, assessments, and family therapy options. Registered mental health professionals, graduate-level interns, and your first appointment is free.
