Technical Theatre 15/25/35

Technical Theatre 15/25/35 is a production based course. Students join the technical team for the fall play (Advanced Acting) and/or the spring musical (Musical Theatre). 

In the Technical Theatre course, students step behind the curtain to bring the magic of live performance to life. This hands-on class explores the many facets of theatre production, including stage lighting, audio design, scenic painting, carpentry, props, wardrobe, and stage management. Whether hanging lights, mixing sound, building sets, or calling cues from the booth, students gain real-world skills while collaborating on school productions and projects. With a focus on creativity, problem-solving, and teamwork, this course offers a dynamic and immersive experience for those interested in the art and craft of making theatre happen behind the scenes.
