Class Activities
Students attend u of A Campus 2-3 days a week on a rotating Day 1 or 2 schedule and participate in the following activities:

Class workout at Saville Center High Performance Training Center once a week
Students select a sport of their choice once a week
Students who have a third day of sports performance for the week will do one day of speed/ agility/ quickness trainingÂ
Sports Include: (Ten week segments)
Quarter 1 (South Campus)
students choose between Rugby or Track and Field
Quarter 2 (South Campus)
students choose between Curling (Saville) or Gymnastic (at Ortona Gymnastics)
Quarter 3 (North Campus)
students choose between Wrestling or Rock Climbing
Quarter 4 (South Campus)
students choose between Basketball or Volleyball

Sports Psychology and nutrition sessions will be scattered throughout the year
