The Neurorelational Framework (NRF)
Our team uses the NRF to understand and support students. The NRF encourages us to look beyond the behaviour of students to understand the "why". We focus on building positive relationships, so that students feel safe to grow and develop in our care. Our mentor in this work is Dr. Carole Anne Hapchyn MD, FRCPC.
