A non-profit society created to provide support to young people who display a wanting desire for personal development and learning through education, sports, music and physical activity, who might otherwise not fulfill that desire because life has put obstacles in their path in ways beyond their control.
Criteria: Written essay and letter of reference.
ReMax Quest for Excellence Bursary – March 13, 2023
What is Required?
Students are to convey the contributions they have made to their communities in a short online essay. Key qualities students should demonstrate are leadership, motivation and communication skills. Other attributes may include volunteering, participation in charitable events or fundraising, and contributions that enrich the lives of others and their communities.
Belcourt Brosseau Metis Awards – March 31st
For Metis Albertans based on a holistic assessment of financial need, connection to the Metis community, and other circumstances.

Ranald & Vera Shean Memorial Scholarships - March 31st
For students from Edmonton or Northern Alberta, who are pursuing classical music study of violin or piano at a recognized post-secondary institution or with a recognized private music teacher. The primary criterion is quality of performance.
