How Do I Register for Kindergarten at Duggan School.

• Students registering for Kinder in the 2025 - 2026 school year  must have been born in 2020.

• Parents of new students, including students entering Kindergarten, will need to register online for the 2024-25 school year using a secure digital student registration form. 

• The online form will be available at epsb.ca February 2025. Registering online is a convenient option that helps support our health and safety measures.

• Parents will need to upload documents that help us confirm their child’s legal name, citizenship, birth date and home address using the online registration form.  Examples of accepted documents

• Unable to register online?

  • Register using the paper copy.  Families can mail or drop off a completed Student Registration form and supporting documents directly to the school.  Contact the school if you are unable to print off a paper form

• If the number of students who want to attend a school or program exceeds the available space, applicants from outside the school’s designated attendance area will be chosen by random selection.

• If our program is full, we will not be able to take anyone outside our attendance area.  If our program is NOT full, we will accept students from outside our attendance, going to random selection if needed.  We are considered full at one class per grade but as we will take all the students living in our attendance area, there may be more than one class.

Will you run a morning or afternoon class...or maybe both?

• Unfortunately we won't know how many students are coming for Kindergarten until after the pre-enrollment deadline so we cannot say when the class will be offered.  We will ask you to let us know your preference and if we do offer 2 classes, we will do our best to make the times work.
