Last weeks Challenge was to try and pick up a paper plate with water, a glass and a candle. Did anyone manage to figure it out? Let us know tomorrow in the Live Chat. We'll also be doing a demo of one way to do it!
TUNE IN TO SEE!!!
Biodiversity is an incredibly important aspect of our world. It talks about how many different types of animals and plants and micro-organisms are present in one place. Bill Nye is going to take you on a voyage to examine it. Instead of just watching and forgetting, we have put together some questions directly answered in the film. Read the questions FIRST, then watch the film and answer them. One awesome thing about being at home, is you can rewind and rewatch the parts you need to to find the answers. Have fun!
Over the next week you will be tasked with finding the height and tongue rolling ability of the people in your household.
Use this form once for EACH person you measure; so fill it in twice if you do this for two people. We'll collect the data and use it next week to analysis some of it!
Next week we'll do some math and science using it. None of the information will be linked back to you (it's all going to be clumped together).
Do the survey here (to the right), or access it from Google Classroom. Please note you can do this survey more than once! (Do it for each different person you measure/survey).
Take 1 egg. Make one egg without a shell! But...
No cooking the egg.
No breaking the shell.
Good Luck!
