- Run by students with and without disabilities with adult advisor supervision.

- Unified Sports is a part of the Athletic budget, and is supported as a stipend role for both head coaches and assistant coaches
- Uniforms have been purchased by both fundraising and the athletic budget of Epping High School
- Unified Club advisors are recognized by the school as a club, school board is being proposed with a stipend position for the advisors

- Donate a dollar to wear a hat in support of Unified Sports and Club
- School wide fundraiser, with donations from staff and students

- Weekly Leadership Meetings
- Unified Sports and Club have weekly meetings to discuss next steps, plan out club time, and look for
- Work on goals for the future of the program
- Penguin Plunge
- Organized by Student Leadership Council (SLC), students raise money for the Special Olympics and Project Unified Sports
- Students involved are volunteers, there is talk of incorporating it into Spirit Month or Homecoming points in the future to get more student interest and involvement
