- Unified Sports:
- Unified Soccer is a Varsity sport, has practice two times a week, we are a cohort with Newmarket Jr Sr High School, has at least 6 games a season, has 12 athletes and partners
- Unified Basketball is a Varsity sport, has practice two times a week, we are a cohort with Newmarket Jr Sr High School, has at least 8 games a season, has 25 athletes and partners
- Unified Track and Field is a Varsity sport, two practices a week, has at least 4 track meets a season, has 13 athletes and partners
- We get varsity letters
- Students are given varsity letters and certificates for completion, as well as pins for their graduation gowns which include first time participation and repeat participation
- We go to sports banquets
- Students are given awards during the sports banquets: Most Valuable Player (MVP Award) and the LOBD (Life of a Blue Devil Award) for students being a role model and a leader throughout the season
- We get school funded uniforms
- Funded through Sports Budget with Athletic Director
- We have senior nights and games
- During Senior Nights students are recognized by the Athletic Director for their participation in the Unified Sports program.
- Participate in Homecoming
- Unified Soccer has a Home Game during Homecoming week and are supported by the community and fellow students.
- Participate in Pep Rallies
- Multiple Unified Sports participate in pep rallies for recognition
- Competitions with the other sports teams
- We have coaches who are:
- Attend annual coaches meeting with Athletic Director and NHIAA representative
- Trained in the NHIAA standards, Fundamentals of Coaching
- Trained in Unified and Special Olympics rules and regulations
- are CPR certified
- are trained in other NHIAA courses like: Concussion in Sports; Bullying and Hazing and Inappropriate Behaviors; Heat Illness Prevention; Coaching Unified Sports; Sportsmanship
