MEDIA PASS
All persons interested in acquiring a media pass for any EPL event will be required to meet a standard list of expectations. Individuals and businesses may submit their information to the league for consideration. Once submitted via email, all information will be reviewed and responded to within 3 business days. All information must be received two weeks prior to any EPL event. Once a media pass is issued, that media pass is valid for the current event/season. There is no cost for the Media Pass. However Photographers / Videographers must agree to the following terms
Media pass requirements:
Submit contact information to the EPL two weeks prior to an event.
Personnel cannot appear on an EPL roster at the event being covered.
Professional appearance and conduct must be maintained at all times.
Provide a professional Web site (linked to eplseries.com). Social media accounts, photo hosting site, (Facebook and Instagram) will not meet this requirement.
Two professional references.
Photographers are asked to provide a gallery of 50 photos, that can be from event, candid shots off field with teams and players , equipment, awards, as well as on field action. These photos can be watermarked with the photographer logo, but may be used by Eastern Paintball League to showcase events and participants.
