He has done MBA Operations and Diploma in Electronics. He joined EPack Durable Ltd. in June 2003 and previously he has served Noble group and Ranbaxy Group.

He is responsible for Finance & Accounts. As a key member he also participates in formulation of accounts related strategies for EPack Durable.
He is with EPack Durable From June 2020 and has served Hathway Cables,Kajaria Ceramics, Dish-TV, Bharti Airtel,Everest Industries prior to joining EPack Durable. He has more than 22 years of experience.

He is responsible for overall IT Department.He is qualified & has worked for more than 19+ years in Project Management, ERP Implementation, and IT Infrastructure in the manufacturing industry with diverse & extensive experience in the industry with companies like Neolite Zkw Lighting Pvt Ltd,Tricolite Electricals Industries Ltd, Napino Auto and Electronics Ltd.
He has done B.tech from Kanpur Univeristy,MCA from Annamalai University,SAP Basis Certified, Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA),ITL Certified, Six Sigma Black Belt Certified.
Krishan Dhiman | Vice President - Manufacturing Excellence
He is responsible for all the Quality related activities for all our product range, across the value chain with ILO (IQC, LQC & OQC) & also He is facilitating the analysis of the field related issues & corrective & preventive actions for the part & product Quality.
He is with Epack durable since October 2021 & served LG Electronics ,Epack, ILJIN Electronics , Amber enterprises & Esskay Components prior to joining Epack Durable & he has more than 23 years of experience in manufacturing operations, Quality management, TQM & Lean six sigma.
He is certified Black belt six sigma from LG Electronics KOREA & Well conversant with ISO 9000/14001, OHSAS 18001, 7QC Tools, JIT, TPS-WCM/FI-11, PDCA, FMEA, KAIZEN & Kanban methodologies.
He has done MBA in Manufacturing & Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

He is the first employee in assembly who nurture it and make it huge, he also participates in formulation of operations related strategies for Epack Durable. He joined Epack Durable in September 2003 and has served AMPL & ANOMA of Air conditioner manufacture for LG, Samsung Whirlpool O-General prior to joining Epack Durable. Shailendra Kumar | Sr.General Manager Sales
He is responsible for overall customer centric approach and customer retention abilities. As a key member he also participates in formulation of vendor management, CRM and business development with sales and marketing skills related strategies for EPack Durable. He joined EPack Durable in November 2015 and has served companies like Lloyd Electric, GMCC(Toshiba) China, Advantec Coils Pvt. Ltd and Vacmet Packaging prior to joining EPack Durable. He is responsible for overall operations in Sheet Metal and Copper Tubing as Factory Head. As a key member, he also participates in formulation of operations related strategies for Epack Durable. He joined Epack Durable in April 2014 and has served Samtel Group, Awalgulf - Bahrain and Zamil Aircon (India) prior to joining Epack Durable. He has more than 25+ years pioneering experience. Subhash Pratap Jain |General Manager Finance
He is responsible for the overall function of Banking & Finance. As a key member he also participates in formulation of finance related Plans & Policies for EPack Durable.
He joined the Group in May 1997 and has served to all the group companies in different roles and verticals.

He is an Enthusiastic and optimistic professional with over 21 years of rich experience as a sales and product management for Air-conditioners. Skilled at developing and maintaining client relationships and highly committed to working with a team to achieve desired management goals. He joined Epack in March 2023 and has worked with Indian and multinational companies like Voltas, Daikin, LG, Carrier-Toshiba and Samsung at various key and leadership roles.
