Shri Deen Dayal ji Singhania | Founder
Shri Deen Dayal ji Singhania is the Founder of EPACK GROUP of companies. He was born on 2nd January 1944 in Bikaner, Rajasthan.
He is a self made man who laid the foundation of our group along with his best friend Late Shri Punam Chand ji Bothra in Guwahati, Assam in the year 1976 by setting up an Automobile Trading business. Both the friends always believed in hard work, honesty, humility, simplicity and ethical business practices. They are our ROLE MODELS and we owe all our success to their guidance & blessings.
Within a very short period the automobile trading business flourished and Mr Singhania became the undisputed "KING" of Automobile spare parts not only in the north eastern region of India but also in the entire country. He was born with Polio and faces lot of challenges in mobility, but he has never let his physical disability come in the way to achieve his dreams & do well in life
Today he is 75 years plus but still very much active in business. He is a philanthropist and a very kind hearted person. He is the trustee & founder trustee of many hospitals, schools, gaushalas and other charitable institutions.
Mr. Bajjrang Bothra | Chairman (Age-63)
Education: Post Graduate
Post Graduate (Commerce) from SRCC, Delhi, India and is a gold medalist. He started his career by making his entry into his family business of Trading of Automotive Parts.
Because of his wisdom and dynamism, he has been able to expand the operations and touched phenomenal growth in every sphere of his business. His dedication to the group business is deep and his rapport with dignitaries of industry is praiseworthy. He has built successful business relationships with multinationals like – LG, SAMSUNG, PANASONIC, CARRIER, SCHINDLER, DAIKIN, WHIRLPOOL, KAJARIA, to name a few.
With these traits, coupled with his zeal and enthusiasm, he has turned his family business into to a corporate group. He started from a small trading outfit and has now been running multiple industrial units successfully. At present, he is Chairman of EPACK GROUP.
He is also associated with many social and religious societies and devoting his time for social welfare also. At present actively involved in foundation of a state of art Dialysis & Mediation centre for providing affordable healthcare for every Indian, suffering from kidney ailments.
Mr. Bothra is married to Mrs. Leela Bothra and have a son and a daughter. He is also a proud grandfather of 2 handsome boys.
Mr. Laxmi Pat Bothra | Director (Age-60)
Education: Mechanical Engineer

Mr. L.P Bothra is married to Mrs. Suman Bothra and together they have 2 sons.
Mr. Sanjay Singhania| Director (Age-47)
Education: Master of Business Administration, Swinburne University of Technology, Melbourne, Australia and B.Com (Hons) from Guwahati Commerce College, Assam.
He is Founder Director of EPack Group of Companies. The Group started its first venture in 1999. Since then he has been instrumental in the groups venture into EPS packaging, Consumer durables & Prefab buildings business. He is a go get who likes to take up new challenges. In the last 20 years he has headed various businesses of the group. His core strengths lies in operations management, team build-up, finance, accounting, legal, new product development, etc.
At present, he is responsible for the profitability of the prefab & Infra business as well as he heads the finance & accounting function of all the group companies.
He is also the founder trustee of "Rotary Noida blood bank", the only charitable blood bank in the state of Uttar Pradesh, India.
Mr. Sanjay is married to Ms. Preity since 1997. The couple is blessed with two daughters.
Mr. Ajay DD Singhania | Managing Director & CEO (Age-46)
Education: B.Tech & MBA
He is one of India’s leading entrepreneur and founder director of EPack Durable Limited
With over Rs. 1000 Cr. in turnover, E-Vision is India’s largest manufacturer of Air-conditioners and Home appliances for brands like Voltas, Blue star, Phillips, Bajaj, Bosch-Siemens etc.
Mr. Ajay graduated in Electrical Engineering from the premier NIT- Hamirpur and did his MBA in operations & Information technology from University of Scranton , Pennsylvania USA, as Gold Medalist.
Mr. Ajay is married to Ms. Pinky and together they have 3 lovely daughters.
He joined Rotary in the year 2013-14, and was the President of Rotary Club of Delhi Heritage for 2017-18.
In his pursuit for continuous learning & sharpening his leadership skills, he has been associated as Alumni of Wharton Business School, Indian School of Business and other such institutes of excellence through executive education programs from time to time.
