"Hi! I’m Carmen, your Attadale Remedial Massage Therapist and the founder of Entrusted Remedial Massage.
I began my massage journey in Melbourne in 2015 and graduated in 2017 with a Diploma of Remedial Massage from Southern Cross Education Institute. Since 2018, I've proudly been a Remedial Member of Massage & Myotherapy Australia.
I describe myself as confidently introverted and sometimes a bit quirky. Personally, I’m proud to be authentic and resilient, embracing who I am fully. In my work, I deeply value confidentiality and consent, ensuring that your well-being is always my top priority.
I believe that taking time to care for your body isn’t indulgent—it’s powerful. Recognising when you need help is a sign of strength. My goal is to support your well-being with my knowledge and manual techniques.

Carmen provides services including Remedial / Relaxation Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Myofascial Cupping, Detailed Foot Massage and Tui-na Acupressure.
Expect a highly tailormade treatment with Carmen according to our assessments and your preference. You also have the option to keep your clothes on to have an Acupressure style massage if you prefer so.
We use SX Ultimate Contour Massage Table for your comfort from Healthtec which is Australian made and owned. We have gotten so many compliments of the new massage table. The adjustable face cradle feels so cushy and luxurious.

Health rebates with all health funds available at the spot. Please consult with your insurance company to see if Remedial Therapy is included in your health care package or not if you intend to claim.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
6-hour cancellation policy. Late cancellations are charged at 50% for the scheduled service price. If you would like to reschedule your appointment, it is still considered a cancellation of the original appointment.
If you need to shorten your session without providing at least 6 hours' notice, we kindly ask that you pay the full session price. This is because the reserved time prevents other clients from booking that slot or scheduling longer sessions.
If you are running late we reserve the right to cut your treatment time.
No-shows are charged at 100% for the scheduled service price.
It is always appreciated to send your family/friend to replace you to avoid the late cancellation fee.
Cancellation fees are not claimable with health rebates as a treatment has not been provided in this case.
It will be the sole discretion of your Remedial Massage Therapist to enforce the cancellation policy or not.

Entrusted Remedial Massage is a no-tipping establishment, as we are a professional healthcare business.
We do not accept tips in any forms, including cash and physical gifts, which in terms promoting a professional boundary and respectful environment. If the quality of our services has exceeded what we have charged, please consider donating the difference to charities such as our friend A Better Life Animal Sanctuary.
