To reward our loyal and supportive clients, we are introducing Entrusted Friends to clients of Entrusted Remedial Massage from 1/3/2023.
Method

Our method is a point-based system.
Loyalty Points
AUD1 spent at Entrusted Remedial Massage=1 point.
Minimum points to be redeemed are 700 points at a single transaction;
Maximum points to be redeemed are 1600 points at a single transaction.
700 points = 30 minutes free massage
850 points = 45 minutes free massage
1000 points = 60 minutes free massage
1150 points = 75 minutes free massage
1300 points = 90 minutes free massage
1450 points = 105 minutes free massage
1600 points = 120 minutes free massage
Referral Points
If you are an existing client of Entrusted Remedial Massage, you can get points from referring a new client.
The amount of referral points depends on the new client's expenditure at their first visit.
If you are a new client of Entrusted Remedial Massage,
No matter you are referred by our existing client or not, you can get double points at your first visit.
For ex., Mary L. is an existing client of Entrusted Remedial Massage.
She referred Tom A. to us.
At Tom A.'s initial appointment, he spent AUD100 for an hour Remedial Massage.
He got 200 points from this visit itself.
Mary L. is rewarded with 100 points more in her Entrusted Friend account.

Entrusted Friends is our new reward program starting from 1/3/2023. Any past expenditure before 1/3/2023 cannot be backtracked.
Entrusted Friends is only applicable to clients who visit Entrusted Remedial Massage at 2A/550 Canning Hwy, Attadale (Attadale Business Centre). It is not applicable to events outside of this premises such as corporate, mobile and Expo events etc. provided by Entrusted Remedial Massage.
No Entrusted Friend point would be given for no-show and late cancellation/rescheduling fees.
As our Entrusted Friend, you can redeem your points for yourself ONLY. They cannot be shared with anyone including your spouse and children. If you refer your children to us, an Entrusted Friend account will be individually allocated to them as well.
Redeeming the free massage will not add points to your Entrusted Friend account.
Any points remaining in your Entrusted Friend account cannot be exchange with cash or Gift Vouchers.
Your Entrusted Friend points cannot be used to pay late rescheduling / cancellation / no-show fee.
You can upgrade your appointment when redeeming your Entrusted Friend points. For ex. , you can redeem 700 points + AUD15 to have a 45mins massage in one single transaction.
When you purchase a Gift Voucher from Entrusted Remedial Massage, there will be no points allocated to your Entrusted Friend account. However, the person redeeming the voucher will be rewarded with their Entrusted Friend points accordingly.
