The ENSET Higher School is an institution of a scientific, cultural and professional nature that was established by Executive Decree No. 09/254 of 10-08-2009, which included the establishment of a school outside the university for technological education - Skikda - and its headquarters was located in Skikda and includes a group of employees, workers and professors The school undertakes the task of training specialized teachers. The Goals of ENSET-Skikda are:
Contribute to the national effort for scientific research and technological development.
Upgrading sciences and technologies.
Participation in supporting the national technical capacity.
Valuing the results of scientific research and dissemination of scientific and technical media.
Participation within the international scientific group in the exchange and enrichment of knowledge.
