All submissions must present original and unpublished work that is not currently under consideration elsewhere. Submissions can have up to 8 pages formatted according to the standard IEEE two columns template:

Please submit your papers electronically in PDF format using the LOM-2024 CMT link:. At least one author of each accepted paper should send a video recorder and is expected to present the work online.
How to prepare a PowerPoint file in video format:
The proceedings of the LOM-2024 Conference will be submitted for possible indexing in the CERIST National Library.
All submissions should be full paper in English, original, and plagiarism-free, i.e., they should not have been previously published in any conference proceedings, book, or journal and should not currently be under consideration elsewhere.
Papers should present new ideas related to the topics described in this call for papers, motivated by problems from current practice or applied research. Both theoretical and applicative contributions should be highlighted, substantiated by formal analysis, simulation, experimental evaluations, or comparative studies, etc. All submissions will be rigorously peer-reviewed and evaluated based on their quality, originality, soundness, significance, presentation, and understanding of the state of the art.
At least one author of each accepted paper must register to attend the online conference. Registration for participants to the NCASAM-2021 Conference is Free. After the conference, a certificate will be delivered to attendees.
