In the recent years, Shilpa has been actively involved in teaching Meditation, Mindfulness and Emotional Intelligence to teens and adults, conducting sessions in local elementary and high schools, and startup incubators.

Shilpa continues her own regular dedicated practice and experience in various meditation techniques such as Transcendental Meditation, Mindfuless, Vipassana and Samarpan Meditation.

Prior to pivoting to holistic living, Shilpa had a distinguished career in high tech management in the Bay Area and worked in companies such as eBay, Monsanto, Anheuser Busch, Siemens Information Systems, & Tata Electric Companies. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from India, and an MBA from Washington University, St. Louis, MO.

Being drawn to spirituality and holistic healing, Shilpa and her family spent a few years in India before moving back to Orange County.

In her spare time, Shilpa enjoys spending time with her family, going to the beach, hiking on natural trails, listening to old Indian music, dancing and reading spiritual books.
