Coaching Sessions
I offer several group classes, so people have the opportunity to learn and heal themselves in a reasonable way. However, some conditions are deep and need individual, focused attention. In such cases, we can choose to have 1:1 sessions. These are usually 50 min long each.
In the first session, we spend time understanding the history, setting objectives and how we can partner to achieve it. We also do some healing work “together”. My job is to help you tap into your amazing healing abilities and guide you in the journey from pain to ease and peace.
I will share the tools and techniques that will support and propel you in the right direction. We can never predict the duration of our journey together. The time it takes to heal depends on specific situations such as type and severity of issue, whether acute or chronic. Sometimes the healing takes place within couple of sessions and in certain cases it can take a while.
My promise is to give sincere, confidential and genuine guidance throughout the process.
