Do you have login problems with Schoolsoft?

Important to understand is that Guardians, Vårdnadshavare uses the SAME login as the students. Often set to "firstname.lastname"
Also, the Forgot password function only works if you are in control of the email account registered in the Schoolsoft profile.
We use Schoolsoft profile to get your contact details. IT is critical that you have a updated profile on the Schoolsoft account!
How to update?
- Log in
- Click on My profile
- Update the information
- Save! - Job done!
