3D Printed Components
Spacers
Allow the structures to attach to the enclosure with the DIN 3 rails.
Fan Mounting
The fan mounting attaches to the fan to hold it at the desired angle.
Ionizer Case
This case is designed to contain the ionizer component.
Spacer
The spacer is a simple T-shape which attaches the components to the DIN 3 rail through the use of a screw, washer, and nut. The design allows the assembly to be fitted within the test enclosure.
It should be noted that the spacers have particular dimensions to fit within specific T slots of the test enclosure since they are not equal nor symmetric.
Fan Mounts
The fan mounts consist of three important parts: the support, ball and socket joint, and an arm.
The arm is the part of the fan mount that directly attaches to the DC fans via two screws.
The ball and socket joint is the part of the fan mount that allows the fan to be adjusted at various angles.
The support is the section that connect the rest of the fan mount to the DIN 3 rail.
The drawings provided illustrates the dimensions for the components that make up the fan mount.
Ionizer Case
The ionizer case consists of a cage with a removable door with cuts in the lower corners to allow the input and output cables to exit the cage. The top of the case has holes to allow screws through and anchor the cage to the DIN 3 rail with the help of a washer and nut.
The drawing provided displays both the cage and its respective cap. It also includes the type of spacers required to mount it to the testing enclosure.
