CSE Student Organizations

1. Apply as a CSE student organization 

• CSE conference rooms are available for reservation to "CSE affiliated" student organizations only. If your organization is not a CSE affiliated student organization, you can apply for usage of CSE room space by contacting cse-rooms@ucsd.edu

2.  If approved, utilize the following instructions for CSE room reservation requests:

Self-service room reservation request: submit via email to cse-rooms@ucsd.edu

• Name of your organization

• Title for the meeting

• Date(s)

• Start & End times (*including setup and clean up)

• Number of attendees

Reservation Required room request: submit via CSE conference room google form

• CSE 1241, 1242, and 1244 are unavailable for student organization reservations

CSE Student Organization Room Reservation

• CSE affiliated student organizations can reserve rooms free of charge. PLEASE NOTE: Always utilize B225 first, before booking other rooms.

• Self-service conference rooms

  • Currently there are no fees associated with reserving CSE self-service conference rooms, however this is subject to change in the future.

B225 (CSE Student Organization Affiliation Space)

• The CSE B225 Affiliated Student Organization space is available to those organizations that have received authorization from the department on an academic yearly basis to use this space.
