Computer Aided Design

The CAD design portion consists of an escapement wheel (which is the same for everyone) and a pendulum with a unique design. I wanted to make a dango stick originally but I didn't know we had colors until after finishing manufacture so I switched to fish ball skewers. I also didn't account for how large the constraints were and had to redesign a little groove in the wheel to fit within the length requirement. Apart from that, the entire design was symmetrical and had all the weights concentrated at a small circle at the bottom of the pendulum, ensuring the center of gravity is shifted toward the tip.
