Quantification of Lateral Flow Assay Output.
The lateral flow assay tests for the presence of an analyte by
the lateral flow assay needs to be digitized through imaging techniques. Soon after imaging, there needs to be analysis to extract the information of interest.
Predictive Diagnosis of TBI
Literature data sets were combined from the following two studies in order to collectively gather a combined patient population of nearly 500 TBI patients and their respective GFAP concentrations over time, post-TBI. Time courses for both GFAP and UCH-L1 (GFAP breakdown product) are displayed.
