• The sponsor was very happy with our proposed cooling solution for the hot side. (The heat sink with a vapor chamber) We are in the process of acquiring the heat sink for testing.

  1. 1. 1. 1. • Determined that a water block with radiator would reach much lower thermal resistance (tradeoff is more difficult design)

• The sponsor talked about his power draw concerns, so we are researching what is the best power TEC to buy, and what power to run it at for a good coefficient of performance.

  1. 1. 1. 1. • Identified a TEC that would meet power requirements when run at optimal COP. (running at lower V/I than max values)
