Accomplishments from Previous Week
Tested how long each tray should be heated at 300F
Need about 1:40min
Learned that halogen light bulbs reach much higher temperature than toaster and heat faster as well
Goals for Next Week (list names after each item). Use specific and measurable objectives.
Ben
Test halogen bulb with trays
Test Temperature controller with light to control the temperature range during heating
Test if higher temperature (above 300) will result in less time heating

· Break risk level into probability and severity of consequence
· Find cfm (cubic feet per min) for compressed air
· Approximate rpm and torque needed for wire brush motor
· Have components adjustable
· ~40C is the OSHA limit for too hot
o Depends on material and how easy it is to let go of material
· Metal box as insulation in heating chamber, covered with fiberglass
o Don’t use wood
· Include frame in CAD
