Overview of Status of Analysis, Design, Fabrication, Tests, etc.

  • Determined baseline actuator force for a flat mechanical punch head

  • Selected stainless steel mechanical punch material, electromechanical actuator, and 2-2.5W laser

  • Tested dull punch head with wet area on sample card around punch area
