Week 3 Priorities

• • Conduct further risk reduction: punch shooter, punch press, disposable (cardboard) die, perforated sample card, and laser.

  • Generate pugh chart to rank ideas.

Perforated Sample Card

Test goals using varying amount of perforated holes:

• • Determine contamination through perforation holes to back face of sample card

  • Ensure perforation doesn't break while sampling is being applied onto card

  • If hanging chad occurs

96-Die Plate

Test goals using 3 rows:

• • Determine size constraints

  • Thin vs. thick die plate

Laser

Make die-plate and card holder plate then test:

• • Can cut sample card?

  • No fire? Melt well?
