Sponsor Comments from Last Meeting and Actions Taken to Address these Comments
Have not yet met with Sponsor this week. Items same as previous week.
Comment: Project deliverables removed: UV emitter omitted from testbed, only emission wavelength of our choice (from the two listed emission wavelengths) is necessary, there is no longer a size requirement for the LED simulator Action: updated diagram and test plan and requirements document
Comment: Project deliverable tests added: sensor distance vs. signal intensity, exposure/dwell time Action: updated test plan and requirements document
Comment: Project design deliverables added: interchangeability of light source and photosensor components, adjustable height between photosensor and led simulator Action: updated test plan and requirements document
Comment: Suggestion to look into electrical signal conditioning through filters (bandpass, high pass, low pass) Action: Spoke with Steve Roberts
Comment: Inquire with Qiagen on the light sensitivity and type of photosensor used in the ESE Quant LR3 Action: Email to be sent to Qiagen contact Roberto
Comment: The light sensitivity and dark current (like SNR) of photosensors should be investigated before purchasing a photosensor. Action: Specifications to be gathered
Instructor Comments from Last Meeting and Actions Taken to Address these Comments
· Comment: Have sponsors give set deliverables ASAP. Action: Sponsor meeting this Wednesday
