CC-LEAP offers no-cost services that make it easier for public agencies and businesses to save energy and money. 

Our services address two common barriers that prevent energy efficiency projects: lack of in-house expertise and lack of resources. CC-LEAP will provide a dedicated project manager to guide you from the beginning of a project through closeout.
