Central Coast Leaders in Energy Action Program, also known as CC-LEAP or Central Coast LEAP, is your hub for energy efficiency resources for businesses, local governments, and public agencies.
CC-LEAP’s mission is to empower public agencies and businesses to adopt cost-effective sustainable energy solutions in Central Coast communities.
A Central Coast with access to efficient, reliable, and affordable energy for all. We support a diverse mix of businesses and public agencies, including local governments, community service districts, and school districts.
CC-LEAP serves businesses and public agencies located in PG&E service territory within San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, and San Benito Counties. Eligible agencies include:
City governments & townships
Tribes
County governments, including unincorporated areas under county jurisdiction
K-12 school districts
Community service districts
Water/wastewater agencies/districts
Other public agencies (not served by statewide programs)
Authorized in 2020 by the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC), CC-LEAP provides services to public agencies and businesses throughout the areas served by Pacific Gas & Electric (PG&E) in San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, and San Benito Counties. We partner with other energy stakeholders across the region to make sure you have the resources you need to become leaders in energy action and build a more sustainable Central Coast.
