How do I get tickets?


Tickets are first-come-first-serve reserved seating online in your student portal. We will email the direct link the week prior to ticket sales and we will have the QR code link posted throughout the studio.  Tickets will sell fast, and we often sell out, so we encourage families to be ready with the order on April 13 at 10:00am.  Each ticket is $25.00 (+ $2.75 processing fee) and any person entering the auditorium and occupying a seat must have a ticket (this includes dancers who want to watch - we will have staff checking tickets at the door). We encourage everyone to visit the site and make sure you can access the event prior to the start of the sale. Each family will be limited to only 6 tickets for recital weekend during the first week of sales.  After the first week, additional tickets will be released for purchase.


Encore Studio does not manage ticket sales, if you have any trouble with tickets, please reach out to Tutu Tix at 1-855-222-2849.  They can also help you with exchanging tickets and answer any questions for you.  Encore Studio Staff is unable to accommodate ticket sales, and we cannot buy back or refund tickets.  Ticket sale will continue until they are sold out.  Tickets will be sold at the door as general admission if there are any seats left.  We will have Parent Ticket Review Week April 6-10 in all enCore classes.  We encourage you to arrive a few minutes early for pick up to go over ticket details and to view your dancer’s routine and determine where they would like to purchase seats.
