Tech Help

Inevitably there will be some tech challenges as we move to Blended Learning. Below we have outlined who to contact for which tech issues students and parents might be having. We thank you in advance for your patience to overcome tech issues and wait for our response to your queries.

حتماً سيكون هناك بعض التحديات التقنية في مرحلة الانتقال إلى التعليم المستمر عبر شبكة الإنترنت. قد وضحنا لكم أدناه المسؤولين الذين بإمكانكم التواصل معهم حول المشكلات التقنية التي يمكن أن تواجه الطلاب أو أولياء الأمور. نشكركم مقدماً على سعة صدركم وتفهمكم أثناء التغلب على تلك المشكلات الإلكترونية وانتظار الرد على استفساراتكم

Contact your teacher/s for:

Google Classroom/Seesaw queries
Google Calendar invitations to online meetings
Information on Google Meet or other synchronous meetings
Specific tasks they have set online

Contact your campus IT Support team for:

Issues with student email addresses (passwords, resets)
Support with school Chromebooks

Google Meet @ EMS

To help keep the important face to face connection teachers have in a classroom, your child's teacher will schedule a Google Meet help the class with Blended Learning. Each teacher has a different way of organizing the Meets and there are many different ways to join a Meet.
