Please review these expectations of behaviour for online learning.
Arrive on time for your meetings.
Mute yourself unless you are speaking.
Raise your hand when you want to speak BEFORE turning on your microphone.
Use headphones if possible.
Set a respectful tone:
It's not a chat with your friends!
Proper grammar and spelling, please.
Pause and think before you type:
Remember, your teacher and parents can see what you are posting too.
Check to see if a question has been asked before posting it again.
Read what others have posted; your question may already have been answered.
Don't make sarcastic jokes; tone is hard to read online.
Typing all in CAPS is perceived as yelling.
Don't abuse the chat box.
Unnecessary chatting during class can be a major distraction to the teacher and the other students.
Log into your EMSB e-mail account on a regular basis in order to check for returned assignments and notifications.
Go to emsb.qc.ca
Click e-Portal on the upper right-hand side of the screen.
Type your EMSB e-mail address and password.
Click Sign In.
Click My WebMail.
You can delete a read e-mail by clicking the trash can above it.
Please be aware that this e-mail address is monitored and intended as a tool for your school work.

Go to classroom.google.com.
At the top, click Menu .
Scroll down and click Settings.
Next to Receive email notifications, click the switch On.
E-mail notifications of assignments and returned work will be sent to your EMSB e-mail account.
Grades 3 to 6 have been provided with a Google Slide of all their access passwords for this year.
Log into your Google Classroom.
Click your Science classroom to enter.
Click the Classwork tab.
Locate your Passwords document in the assignment or material of the same name (Passwords).
Click to open it.
Each site icon is a link that you can click to access that site.
Copy (Ctrl+c) and paste (Ctrl + v) your username and password from the document to the site.
