Classes not found

You try to log into Google classroom but get the error message above. Follow the steps below.

Check the profile icon in the upper right-hand corner of the screen. You are probably not signed in to the correct account.
Select the right account your are trying to access if it is available.
- If it is not visible, select Add another account.
- Click Sign in.
- Enter the e-mail address you want to use.
- Click Next.
- Enter the password and then click Next.

Turn E-Mail Notifications on/off

Google Classroom can notify you when a teacher posts or returns work. These notifications are sent to the EMSB e-mail of your child.

Go to classroom.google.com.
At the top, click Menu .
Scroll down and click Settings.
Next to Receive email notifications, click the switch Off or On.

Student Passwords

Passwords have been provided in Google Classroom for all Grade 3-6 students. Go to the Passwords section on the Students page for more information.

French Websites Appear in English on a Phone or Tablet

When your child accesses a site like mazone.CEC, the site displays English text.

Open the Chrome browser.
At the top right, click the 3 dots and then select Settings.
Scroll to the bottom of the webpage and click Advanced.
Under Languages, select Language to expand the options.
Uncheck Offer to translate pages that aren't in a language you read.
