On October 22nd, 2019, professionals from the EMSB's student services department hosted a workshop covering the basics of AAC and more specifically focusing on how to use and integrate TouchChat HD.

Touchchat Backup and Restore Google Drive

Once you've invested time in customizing a TouchChat profile to your students' needs, it is highly recommended that you backup this student's profile to Google Drive so that it could be easily retrieved should something happen to the device.

This document is a step by step guide of how you can both backup and retrieve a TouchChat profile to Google Drive.

Note: each EMSB student has their own EMSB google account (...@edu.emsb.qc.ca)
