It's generally advisable to avoid handling cash and food preparation simultaneously in food service environments due to hygiene concerns. Cash can carry bacteria and germs, which could contaminate food if handled by the same person. To maintain food safety, food handlers should ideally wash their hands thoroughly before switching from food preparation to cash handling or using separate staff for each task.
We use a different kettle cleaner than what was used in the video but this is all it takes to clean it properly. Another step that is not in the video is wiping down the interior & exterior of the machine.
