Things to know!

 When should I arrive?

Volunteers are to arrive by 6:30 pm for evening performances & 1 pm for matinees. Arriving late continually may cause you to not be considered for future productions. Perks may even become unavailable.  

What do I do if I'm new?

New volunteers are required to arrive 15 min early for a brief training.

 How should I dress?

A visual dress code can be found at the bottom of this page. 

 What could prevent me from being schedule?

• Not showing up to shifts continually

• Not following directions continually 

• Unwanted negative behavior

Making mistakes is normal, I make them all day every day so please enjoy your time volunteering and don't worry about perfection.

FYI

• Schedules aren't final until the preview of the show. You may privately contact other volunteers to switch days if you need, these changes do not need approval, HOWEVER, if you need coverage and find someone who is not already on the schedule, you will need to notify the Front of House Volunteers Coordinator - volunteers@empresstheatre.com. 

• If you need to cancel the same day as your shift, please contact the FoH Volunteers Coordinator volunteers@empresstheatre.com

•  We will not change your schedule unless we are both on board with the change.
