The lake komodo dragon

the area inside the red line is the most common place to find the lizards

why should BlumHouse pick our monster

the reason BlumHouse should pick our monster is because it easy to design it may still need some design work on it as i still see as a work in progress. i doubt it will cost much for special effects it isn't an over the top monster its just a simple lizard. and it has simple strengths and weakness like any creature.

Our creature is a enormous Komodo dragon 8.5 feet in length 1.4 foot when on all fours he has shark like teeth on the outside of it's mouth, small holes on it's snout, scales that resemble rocks at the bottom of a lakes, and can move at great speeds. they 2 pairs of lungs one pair for water, and one pair for land, it uses it's nose to breath in water and its mouth to breath in air. when hunting in water preferably lakes, it goes to bottom of the lake and hides in the rocks, where it uses it's scales to blend in. when it's at the bottom it will uses the holes on its snout as pressure sensors to know when something good is coming its way. when i does it springs up from the lake floor and grips its prey with its teeth and then brings it to the surface then eats, its teeth are only good for griping prey its claws are men't to tear the flesh.

when it hunts on land it's a different story. when it hunts it prey on land it immediately attacks the preys legs so it doesn't try to run or escape. once it has done so it will then attack the creatures neck that's when it starts to eat. it will rip the fur of the creature, as it doesn't like it. but it finds prey it can't attack by the leg or is to big it will apply a deadly tactic, it will get to it's prey and coil around there neck and then start the strangle them, it will only stop if the prey can't breath or if it decides to break its neck. it creature lives in lake and its spends most of its time in the water, but the only time it goes on land to hunt for bigger prey. but it can't on land for long. cause of its four lungs, the lungs that breath air are smaller then the lungs that breath water, because of this it only goes on land for as long as it can until it needs the go back to the water, it also doesn't have sense of smell as the nose only inhales water.
