What do I do with my kids?
Your children are always welcome to stay with you for the duration of the service, we love our children at Emmanuel!
3 and under are welcome in the Nursery
Pre-school through Kindergarten have fun in Rooms 1-2
Young Elementary gather in rooms 3-4
Older Elementary rule the roost in Rooms 5-6
Middle Schoolers meet in the Youth Room

The Sunday School curriculum we are using for elementary has a family website!

Kids' Book Club
The Kids’ Book Club meets on Wednesdays from 11am to Noon in the Library!
June 19 - July 10 and the book is The Magician’s Nephew by CS Lewis from the Chronicles of Narnia series.
Summer Volleyball
Join in on the fun.
On June 9 and 23rd we will be meeting at Conejo Creek North Park, it is on Janns Rd next to the Library. There are sand volleyball courts adjacent to playgrounds, picnic areas and grass - that is, something for everyone. If you would like to play volleyball we will have vigorous competition. If you want to observe the volleyball folly, bring a chair and watch. If you have kids there is the playground and other kids.
Something for everyone.

Play Days!
Get together with other parents for coffee and conversation while your kids play.
Wednesday Mornings from 8:30am to Noon the Nursery and Play Area are available to hang out. We have a lovely brand new couch and Nespresso machine for your enjoyment. Best of all are the people! Come and hang out.
Register for Camp Joy
This year Camp Joy will be held July 15-18. The theme for this year is Food Science.

Camp Joy still needs 4 small group leaders, one music leader (lead motions with videos or play and sing), and someone who loves to grow veggies and help kids plant things.

Manna of the Conejo Valley is a ministry partner with Emmanuel. They are asking for Baking Items: Cookie/Cake Mix, Flour, Sugar. Bring your donation to the church and leave it in the narthex, aka front lobby.

Children's Library
Did you know we have a Children's Library?
WE do! There are some selections on the patio but the storehouse is in Room 8. Your kids will love it - go check it out.
Nursery Help!
Helping parents worship without worry is a major blessing of the Nursery at Emmanuel. Would you be willing to give a Sunday morning watching children? Contact Debbie Barber for details

Directories are Available
The Directory is ready. If you would like a digital copy, email Steve. There should be limited hard copies at the Connection Center.
We wanted to have individual entries in this version of the directory, so make sure you give us your name, correct email address, address, phone number. If there is information on the current directory that you would like removed please let us know by emailing Steve.
You can give by following this link, there is a collection box in the Sanctuary at the Connection Center, or you can mail or hand deliver a check to the church office. As always, your gift to the church is important, we can't do ministry without the generous giving of individuals.
