Offered at EMU in the Winter. See the course catalog for details.
Psychological Statistics II (PSY 601) is the second of a two-course sequence on inferential statistics offered at the graduate level. Statistics II is required for students in the experimental masters and the doctoral program in psychology, though students in the clinical masters' degree programs do take the course on occasion. The foundational principles—learning what and how of NHST along with the when and why—of Psychological Statistics I is carried forward into Psychological Statistics II. The topics covered are ANCOVA, moderation, mediation, repeated measures ANOVA, and exploratory factor analysis.
