Dues

Join our association for an annual due of $50 per household which pays for the maintenance of our communities infrastructure which includes taxes, weed control, insurance, communications, and events. 

Evergreen Meadows Homeowners Association (EMHA) annual dues are due on January 1st and cover the Owner who becomes an Association Member through the current year.

Volunteers

Volunteer - Join our association's board and committee management teams.   Become a part of the decisions that are made and guide us through our challenges.  It's a great way to get to know your neighbors while contributing to both the association and the larger mountain communities.  

1. Volunteers for local events are always needed.  This might include an annual picnic, garage sale, Easter Egg hunt or ball park maintenance.  Needs will be communicated frequently in the EMHA email blast or on in our News section found on the front page of the website.
